Michael Wahlster, President and Managing Director

Mr. Wahlster serves clients in financing transactions, software licensing arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, business and corporate law needs. He provides substantial value to clients by serving as outside general counsel to a host of small to medium-sized private companies and the various constituents of such companies, including investors, corporate partners, and boards of directors.

While Mr. Wahlster has served dozens of entrepreneurial clients over the years, one of his greatest strengths is that he too is an entrepreneur. Specifically, in 1999 Mr. Wahlster assisted his brother in the founding of BikeBandit.com, LLC, the world’s largest e-commerce powersports retailer with annual sales in excess of $40 million dollars.

Mr. Wahlster earned his Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from Cleveland State University where he served as an Executive Editor of the Cleveland State Law Review and tutored fellow law students. While in law school, he completed a judicial externship with the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Wahlster graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.Phil. and a Master of Arts, each in United States history.
